BILIS NEGRA — The Violence of Silence
Some wounds do not bleed outside the body.
They rot in silence.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
“Bilis Negra” is an experimental performance piece centered around emotional collapse, internal rage, and psychological exhaustion.
The project explores the invisible violence of repression — the accumulation of thoughts, frustration, and pain that slowly consume a person from within until expression becomes impossible.
Through visceral body performance, physical deterioration, screaming, spit, and grotesque movement, the work externalizes what is usually hidden: the unbearable weight of existing while emotionally disconnected from the world.
The visual language is intentionally raw and confrontational.
Black and white imagery strips away distraction, forcing attention toward texture, emotion, tension, and bodily vulnerability.
This is not horror for spectacle.
It is emotional decay made visible.
At its core, the project repeats one desperate truth:
“I am alive, but I am tired.”

Not every scream is heard.
Some stay trapped inside the body until it breaks.
